Job Description

Location: Canada & Australia

Experience: 5-15

Salary:- 32LPA - 40LPA

  • Design, develop, and optimize chemical manufacturing processes for efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Conduct research and analyze data to improve production methods, product quality, and process performance.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot production equipment and chemical processes to minimize downtime and maximize output.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, as well as industry standards.
  • Prepare process flow diagrams, technical reports, operating procedures, and engineering documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, maintenance, and research & development.
  • Perform process simulations and evaluate equipment performance to recommend improvements or modifications.
  • Manage projects involving process design, plant expansion, equipment installation, and commissioning.
  • Analyze production costs, material usage, and energy consumption to identify opportunities for cost reduction and sustainability.
