Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic to join our team at UE Autotech (I) Pvt. Ltd.
The role involves developing and optimising chemical processes for product manufacturing while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. Objectives of the Role
- Conduct research and experiments to develop new products and enhance existing ones.
- Ideate, execute, and optimise processes for chemical manufacturing.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with production, quality control, and R&D teams to achieve project goals.
- Analyse data and performance metrics to improve processes and reduce costs.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations.
- Support scale-up and commercialisation of new products from lab to full-scale production.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and conduct experiments to evaluate chemical processes.
- Develop and implement process control strategies to ensure consistent quality.
- Troubleshoot issues related to chemical processes, equipment or production systems.
- Perform risk assessments and implement safety measures.
- Monitor production data and regulate process parameters to improve yields.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for material/equipment requirements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- 810 years of relevant experience in chemical process design/optimisation.
- Strong understanding of process engineering principles and process control.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
