Key Responsibilities

Technology Strategy

• Define and execute a forward-looking technology strategy aligned with business goals.
• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to maintain a competitive advantage in security, scalability, and performance.
• Develop and oversee the technical roadmap for platform growth and innovation.

Product Development

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of a secure, scalable, and high-performance cryptocurrency exchange platform.
• Collaborate with product and compliance teams to ensure the platform meets user needs and industry regulations.
• Promote best practices in software development, architecture, and testing.

Team Leadership

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering organization.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Recruit and retain top technical talent, while providing guidance and career development opportunities.

Infrastructure & Operations

• Oversee the development and maintenance of resilient, secure, and scalable infrastructure tailored for cryptocurrency trading.
• Implement robust cybersecurity measures to safeguard against hacks, fraud, and DDoS attacks, while ensuring compliance with KYC/AML, GDPR, and other regulations.
• Manage partnerships with third-party vendors, cloud providers, and technology partners.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with the CEO, COO, and other executives to align technology with business strategy.
• Partner with marketing, compliance, and customer success teams to support product launches and user satisfaction.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders, investors, and partners.

Innovation & Growth

• Drive R&D initiatives to explore and implement new features such as DeFi integrations, advanced wallet solutions, and trading tools.
• Evaluate and introduce modern tools, frameworks, and processes to enhance efficiency and platform performance.
• Support fundraising by presenting the company's technology vision to investors and stakeholders.
