Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Compliance Officer based in Hyderabad. The Chief Compliance Officer will oversee the organization's compliance operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Responsibilities include developing and implementing compliance programs, conducting compliance audits, managing risk assessments, and ensuring that the company operates within legal and ethical standards. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing training to employees, and acting as a key point of contact for regulatory bodies.

• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and stakeholder engagement
• Proven analytical skills and attention to detail for assessing and mitigating risks
• Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CRISC, CCEP) preferred
• Prior experience in a senior compliance or regulatory role is highly desirable
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and sensitivity
