Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Chef role located in Erode.,The Chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals using fresh organic ingredients supplied directly from local farmers. The role involves menu planning, creating innovative dishes, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, and ensuring quality and taste in all prepared meals. The Chef will also collaborate with the team to uphold the brand's commitment to organic and sustainable food practices.

Qualifications

  • Culinary skills, including meal preparation, menu planning, and plating techniques
  • Knowledge of organic food, ingredient selection, and sustainable culinary practices
  • Food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance expertise
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with staff
  • Creative approach to developing new recipes and enhancing customer experience
  • Previous experience in a similar culinary role is preferred
  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification is a plus
