Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Indian Snacks Chef who specializes in preparing popular Indian chaat and street food items. The candidate should have strong knowledge of traditional recipes, taste consistency, and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality Indian chaat and snack items

Expertly make the following dishes:

Aloo Chaat

Dahi Bhalla

Gol Gappe (Pani Puri)

Malai Chaap

Chole Bhature

Pav Bhaji

Raj Kachori

Dahi Puri

Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and portion control

Maintain cleanliness and food hygiene standards in the kitchen

Manage preparation of ingredients and basic inventory

Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Indian Snacks/Chaat Chef

Strong knowledge of Indian chaat recipes and preparation techniques

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Good understanding of food hygiene and safety practices

Team player with a positive attitude

Experience:

Minimum 23 years of relevant experience preferred
