About Savri

Savri is a premium private chef booking platform launching in Delhi NCR, June 2026. We connect verified, experienced chefs with homes for private dining experiences, special occasions, and personalized meal prep. We handle the bookings, payments, and customer management, our chefs focus entirely on what they do best: cooking exceptional food.

We're building our founding chef roster before launch and looking for culinary interns who want more than a traditional kitchen internship, real customers, real kitchens, real earnings from Day 1.

Role Overview

Position: Chef Intern

Type: Internship (Part-time / Flexible)

Location: Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida (On-site at customer homes)

Duration: 3 months (extendable based on performance)

Stipend: Per-booking earnings + performance incentives

Start Date: Immediate / June 2026

What You'll Do

  • Cook for real customers at their homes across Delhi NCR for occasions including private dinners, family meals, parties, and meal prep sessions
  • Collaborate with the Savri founding team on menu creation, portion planning, and food quality standards
  • Maintain a clean, hygienic, and professional kitchen setup at every customer location
  • Build and manage your personal chef profile on the Savri platform
  • Collect customer feedback post-booking and relay operational insights back to the team
  • Represent Savri's brand standard at every booking, you are the product

What We're Looking For

Must Have:

  • Currently enrolled in or graduated from a recognised culinary/hospitality program (IHM Pusa, BCIHMCT, Amity School of Hospitality, Delhi Institute of Hotel Management, or equivalent)
  • Based in Delhi, Gurgaon, or Noida, or willing to travel within Delhi NCR for bookings
  • Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience (hotel, restaurant, catering, or home kitchen)
  • Own a smartphone with active internet access (for booking notifications and communication)
  • Physically able to cook, stand, and manage kitchen work for 2–4 hours per booking

Good to Have:

  • Specialisation in North Indian, Continental, or Multi-cuisine cooking
  • Previous experience cooking independently for households or small events
  • Basic understanding of food plating and presentation
  • Comfortable communicating with customers in Hindi and/or English

Compensation Structure

  • Earnings are per booking, not a fixed monthly stipend
  • Booking payouts range based on guest count and menu complexity
  • Payment processed within 48 hours of booking completion via UPI/bank transfer
  • High-performing interns receive bonus bookings and priority scheduling

Working Conditions

  • Flexible schedule — you choose your availability
  • No minimum booking commitment per week
  • All ingredients sourced and paid for by the customer (unless otherwise agreed)
  • You travel to the customer's location (travel cost reimbursement policy applicable for bookings beyond 15km radius, to be discussed at onboarding)
  • You carry your own basic chef toolkit (knife set, apron, basic equipment, Savri provides a checklist)

Selection Process

  1. Application — Fill the Google Form (link in post)
  2. 60-second intro video — Tell us who you are and one dish you're proud of (WhatsApp)
  3. 15-minute video call with the Savri founding team
  4. In-person verification — ID check and brief interaction with our Delhi coordinator
  5. Onboarding — Profile setup, chef guidelines walkthrough, first booking assigned

Total time from application to first booking: 5–7 days
