Job Description

Join our dynamic culinary team at RIKO Peruvian & Latin Cuisines and bring your expertise in vibrant, bold, and authentic South American flavors to our kitchen.

As a Chef de Partie (CDP), you will oversee your section, prepare signature dishes, and ensure exceptional quality, taste, and presentation throughout service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present Peruvian and South American Latin dishes according to RIKO's standards.
  • Manage your assigned section with efficiency, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
  • Make sure all your ingredients are prepared and your work area is ready before cooking starts
  • Maintain consistent flavor profiles, presentation, and portion control.
  • Follow strict food hygiene, safety, and cleaning procedures.
  • Coordinate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef for smooth kitchen operations.
  • Monitor ingredient usage, assist in stock control, and help minimize waste.
  • Support and mentor junior staff within your section when needed.
  • Contribute to new menu ideas inspired by Latin American and Peruvian culinary traditions.

Requirements

  • 35 years of professional kitchen experience, preferably in Peruvian, Latin, or South American cuisine.
  • Ability to manage a section independently with confidence.
  • Strong understanding of food safety, kitchen organization, and hygiene standards.
  • Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and willingness to learn and innovate.
  • Ability to work under pressure and flexible shift timings.
  • Culinary certification or relevant training is an advantage.
