Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Pastry Chef to lead the development and production of clean, wholesome desserts for our F&B business expansion.
The ideal candidate is passionate about healthy baking, natural ingredients, and refined sugar-free / gluten-free alternatives while maintaining excellent taste and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute clean desserts (refined sugar-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, high-protein options).
Standardize recipes with accurate costing and portion control.
Ensure high quality, freshness, and consistency in production.
Maintain hygiene, food safety, and clean kitchen practices.
Source and manage quality ingredients aligned with clean-eating standards.
Innovate seasonal and trend-based healthy dessert offerings.
Requirements:
6+ years experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
Knowledge of alternative flours, natural sweeteners, and functional ingredients.
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced F&B environment
