Job Description

Role Summary: As a CDP Of Multiple Cuisine at Food Whisperer, you'll lead a specific kitchen sectionIndian, Conti, Halwai, Bakery and ensure every dish meets the brand's high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Section Management: Independently manage Indian, Conti, Halwai, Bakery Cuisine kitchen section with precision and ownership.
  • Cooking & Presentation: Prepare dishes per standard recipes; ensure mise en place is ready for smooth service.
  • Quality Control: Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation; check freshness and storage.
  • Inventory & Waste Management: Monitor stock, report shortages, minimize waste, and ensure proper labeling and storage.

Requirements

  • 58 years of professional kitchen experience in Indian, Conti, Halwai, Bakery, Oriental Cuisines Only
  • Strong grasp of culinary techniques, hygiene standards, and kitchen operations.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain quality during busy service.
  • Culinary certification preferred but not mandatory.
