Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Pune for a Head Pizzaiolo at Grove & Rihla Hospitalities. The role involves leading day-to-day operations of the pizzeria kitchen, managing food preparation, ensuring adherence to food safety standards, and maintaining consistent quality in our pizzas. The Head Pizzaiolo will oversee menu development, provide training to kitchen staff, and ensure that every meal meets the company's high standards of flavor and presentation. Additionally, the role will require collaboration with the broader restaurant team to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Food Safety and adherence to hygiene regulations.
• Strong skills in Food & Beverage preparation with a focus on Italian-style pizza craftsmanship.
• Proficiency in Training staff to maintain quality standards and improve efficiency.
• Strong leadership and Team Leadership skills to organize and motivate kitchen staff.
• Excellent Customer Service orientation to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Previous experience working as a Pizzaiolo, Chef, or in a similar culinary role is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
