Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef De Partie specializing in Continental cuisine. The role is based in Patna. The Chef De Partie will oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes, manage kitchen operations, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. The responsibilities include leading and mentoring junior kitchen staff, ensuring efficient time management, and collaborating with the head chef to develop menus and recipes. The Chef De Partie will also ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Continental cuisine preparation and a strong understanding of culinary techniques and flavors.
  • Ability to manage kitchen operations, including time management, task delegation, and resource planning.
  • Experience in mentoring and training junior kitchen staff.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations to ensure a hygienic work environment.
  • Creativity in menu development and recipe creation to enhance dining experiences.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills to manage a busy kitchen efficiently.
  • Formal culinary training or a degree in Culinary Arts is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Prior experience in a similar role in a professional kitchen setting is a plus.
