Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Catering or Hotel Management

Cuisine: Strong knowledge of South Indian cooking

Added Advantage: Knowledge of North Indian cuisine

Accommodation: Provided

Food: Provided

Stay: Candidate must be willing to stay at the Ranch

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quality South Indian dishes

• Handle daily kitchen operations

• Maintain food quality, hygiene & cleanliness

• Manage ingredients and minimize wastage
