Position Summary

We are looking for a talented and experienced Chef de Partie (CDP) - Pizza Chef to manage and execute high-quality pizza preparation within our culinary operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in pizza-making techniques, dough preparation, baking methods, and kitchen operations

while maintaining luxury hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Pizza Preparation & Production

Prepare and bake a wide variety of pizzas including artisanal, Neapolitan, wood-fired, and specialty pizzas.
Ensure consistency in dough preparation, fermentation, toppings, sauces, and baking quality.
Maintain presentation and portion standards for all pizza offerings.
Develop innovative pizza recipes and seasonal menu additions.

Kitchen Operations
Manage daily mise en place and ensure smooth kitchen workflow.
Operate pizza ovens and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the pizza section.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate ingredient requisitions.

Quality & Food Safety
Ensure all food products meet quality, freshness, and taste standards.
Follow HACCP and company food safety procedures.
Minimize wastage and maintain food cost controls.

Team Coordination
Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff working in the pizza section.
Coordinate with other kitchen departments for efficient service operations.
Support training and skill development initiatives.

Guest Satisfaction
Ensure timely preparation and service during high-volume operations.
Assist in handling special requests and customized pizza orders.
Contribute to enhancing guest dining experiences through quality and consistency.

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications

Diploma/Certification in Culinary Arts, Bakery, or Hospitality Management preferred.
Experience
3-6 years of experience in pizza preparation within hotels, restaurants, cafés, or standalone pizzerias.
Experience with wood-fired ovens and artisanal pizza-making preferred.
