Chef De Cuisine / Head Chef (Asian Background)

You will be responsible forthe efficient running ofthe division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations. The Head Chef / Chef De Cuisine is responsible to function as the Production Manager for the Food and Beverage Department, to ensure that all the outlets and banquets operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.

Ideally with a relevant degree in Hospitality or restaurant management. 1 Year of work experience as Chef De Cuisine or Head Chef in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
