Responsibilities
As Chef De Cuisine, you will provide culinary leadership, driving the Specialty culinary team in all aspects of product innovation, creativity and passion for cooking. The position needs to possess exceptional knowledge and skills in managing key cuisines from Asia like Malaysia, Vietnam, Korean, Chinese, Thai, Indonesian and Japanese. You are expected to create an unforgettable gastronomic experience for our valued guests, over and over on each occasion and orchestrate high-end luxury events while offering superior quality products. You will be responsible to nurture talent and develop kitchen team member's expertise and their performance management to meet the requirements. The position is entrusted with standardizing the menu items for consistency in presentation with flair, product costing, pricing and menu- sales analysis on regular basis. Further, provide effective leadership to the team operations ensuring upkeep of equipment, proper safety, hygiene and sanitation in the kitchen at all times.
