Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chef role based in Nagpur. The Chef will be responsible for designing, planning, and preparing menu items, ensuring food quality standards are met, and maintaining an organized and clean kitchen. Daily responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing food inventory, and experimenting with new culinary trends to enhance the dining experience.

Qualifications

• Culinary skills, including menu planning, food preparation, and plating techniques
• Strong knowledge of kitchen management, inventory control, and food cost management
• Understanding of health and safety regulations and ability to maintain a clean work environment
• Creativity and expertise in developing new recipes and presentation skills
• Ability to lead and supervise kitchen staff effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Relevant culinary training or certifications are preferred
• Hands-on experience in a professional kitchen is an advantage
