Chatbot Development Lead

Job description

• Solution design, development, maintenance of Chatbot applications their associated components.
• Collaborate with business and technical SMEs to define automations, business rules, and exceptions.
• Analyse process automation requirements and design Chatbot solutions, architecture and logic.
• Create detailed design, process diagrams and related documentation
• Develop a comprehensive test suite of automated unit regression tests for each process.
• Roll-out of the designed solution to business users and provide the required support
• Support, debug, and correct any issues with Production Bots.
• Contribute to the development of standards and best practices for automation development, QA, process monitoring and overall development lifecycle.

Required qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of software development experience
• 3 years of Chatbot development experience
