Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain Azure Voice and Chat bots using Microsoft Bot Framework, Bot Composer, and Emulator
Build custom components using TypeScript for enhanced bot functionality
Integrate bots with web services and external systems
Support QA, UAT, and production release phases through defect analysis, change maintenance, and troubleshooting
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment of bot solutions
Utilize NLP, NLU, and Machine Learning techniques to improve conversational AI capabilities
Provide timely updates to supervisors and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Troubleshoot and analyze issues in complex, distributed environments
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices in bot development and AI
