Chat Support Specialist

We are looking for Chat Process Associates with strong communication and sales skills to join our customer Chat Support Team.

Work Location: Thoraipakkam, OMR Chennai

Shift: Night Shift

Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via chat with professionalism and empathy

Promote and upsell products/services wherever applicable

Ensure high-quality customer experience with timely responses

Achieve sales and support targets

Requirements:

Graduate in any stream

Excellent written communication skills (English proficiency required)

Strong persuasion & sales aptitude

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Minimum 1 to 2 years of prior experience in sales/chat support.

Telecom Billing is preferred.
