  • Collaborate with internal teams for quick issue resolution.
  • Meet daily/weekly targets such as response time, accuracy, and quality of service.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience at all times.

Skills Required

  • Good written communication skills.
  • Fast and accurate typing ability.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask.
  • Problem-solving and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to handle multiple chats at once (if required).
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (based on process).
