Role: Immigration Chat Support Specialist

Function: Immigration Operations – Client Support (Chat and email)

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Bangalore, India (Office for first 3 months, then remote)

Experience:

• 1–3 years in immigration support / LPO / chat or email support process
• Exposure to U.S. immigration work is an add-on

Core skills and requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong written English skills, including grammar and structured communication
• Basic knowledge of U.S. visa categories
• Strong comprehension and multitasking ability
• Attention to detail and compliance awareness
• Willingness to work in US Pacific Time zone (9 am to 5 pm Pacific Time Zone USA/ 9:30 pm to 5:30 am IST)
