Job Overview:
We are seeking a customer-focused, detail-oriented Chat Support Executive to join our remote team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries through chat platforms, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent written communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when required
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow standard operating procedures and company guidelines
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets
- Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum 12th pass or a graduate in any discipline
Experience:
Fresher or 0 to 3 years of experience in customer support preferred
Technical Skills:
- Basic computer knowledge
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
- Familiarity with chat software, CRM tools or helpdesk systems
- Knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace
Soft Skills:
- Excellent written English communication
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Patience and customer handling ability
- Ability to multitask
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required
