Job Title: Chat Support Lead / Customer Support Lead (Chat Process)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Chat Support Lead to oversee daily operations of the chat support team. The Lead will manage agents, monitor performance, handle escalations, and ensure delivery of high-quality customer service across all chat-based channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Chat Support Executives to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Monitor chat interactions to maintain quality, accuracy, and service standards.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and provide prompt solutions.
  • Train, guide, and mentor new and existing team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 36+ years of experience in Chat Support, Customer Service, or BPO processes.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in a Team Lead role.( On paper)
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to manage a team, assign tasks, and meet service levels.

Shift & Work Requirements

  • Shift Timing: 4:30 AM to 1:30 PM
  • Transportation: Candidate must have their own vehicle.
  • Location Requirement: Preferably should reside within a 1015 KM radius of the office location:

1, Victor Mansion, HAL Old Airport Road, Above State Bank of Hyderabad, Kodihalli, Bengaluru
