Job Description

CHAT SUPPORT ENGINEER

Being a Live chat support Engineer, you should apply common computer science knowledge and respective subject technical skills to the support.

Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues provide timely and effective solutions. This includes handling support tickets, emails.

Understand the Application flow and the interlinked tools to solve the problems in a faster manner

End to End ownership for projects.

Good logical and Critical thinking.

Capability to understand the incident management process

Coordination with multiple and IT team for issue resolution.

Capability to learn and adapt to new tools - debug problems
