Role & Responsibilities:

• Typing Speed should be 25 to 40 Words per minute
• Handle customer interactions through Chat Support
• Resolve customer queries with professionalism and empathy
• Deliver accurate and timely resolutions
• Maintain quality and customer satisfaction metrics
• Document customer interactions effectively
• Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously

Key Requirements:

• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Good typing speed and typing accuracy
• Strong communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset
• Prior chat support experience is an advantage

⭐ Preferred Experience:

• Chat-based customer support
• Healthcare, insurance, or managed care processes
• CRM tools and chat platforms

• Rotational shifts
