Approximate Salary

₹1.8 LPA to ₹3.2 LPA

Salary will be decided based on the candidate's profile and interview performance.

PF: Optional for freshers. Candidates who have PF from previous employment are required to opt for PF.

Candidate Requirements

• Fresher to 2 years of experience can apply
• Excellent English communication and writing skills
• Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM
• Eligible qualifications: B.Sc., B.Com., B.A., MBA
• Not eligible: B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, BCA
• Candidates currently pursuing their degree are not eligible
• Immediate joiners only
• Mandatory educational documents:
• 10th Marksheet
• 12th Marksheet
• Degree Consolidated Marksheet / Provisional Certificate

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in chat-based customer support
• Exposure to Healthcare, Insurance, or Managed Care processes
• Familiarity with CRM tools or chat platforms
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer interactions through chat professionally and empathetically
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions
• Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics such as CSAT/NPS
• Document chat interactions accurately in internal systems

Benefits & Other Information

• Two-way cab facility from designated nodal points within a 40 km radius
• Last-minute pickup/drop requests outside designated routes cannot be accommodated
• Meals will not be provided
• One month of training at the client site, followed by deployment into production
