Approx. Salary Range

1.8 LPA to 3.2 LPA

Salary will be decided on a case-to-case basis and based on interview performance.

• PF is optional for freshers.
• Candidates who have PF from previous employment are required to opt for PF.

Candidate Requirement

• Fresher to 2 years of experience candidates are welcome.
• Excellent English communication and writing skills.
• Minimum 30 WPM typing speed.
• Eligible: B.Sc., B.Com., B.A., MBA.
• Not Eligible: B.Tech, 2023,2024,2025,2026
• Candidates currently pursuing their degree are not eligible.
• Immediate joiners only.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in chat-based customer support.
• Exposure to Healthcare, Insurance, or Managed Care processes.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or chat platforms.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer interactions through chat professionally and empathetically.
• Understand customer issues and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
• Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics such as CSAT/NPS.
• Document chat interactions clearly and accurately in internal systems.

Benefits
