Approx Salary Range

• 1.8 LPA to 3.2 LPA (Subject to case to case basis and performance in the interview )
• PF (Provident Fund) is optional for Fresher but Mandatory to opt for if you have PF in the past experience

Candidate Requirements :

• Fresher to 2 years of candidates is welcome
• Need to have Excellent English communication and writing skills
• Need to have minimum 30 words typing speed per minute
• Educational Background Eligibility: B.Sc., B.Com., B.A., MBA
• Not eligible candidates with: B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, or BCA qualifications.
• Degree perusing candidates are not eligible
• Immediate Joiner Only
• Educational Documents Required are (10th Marksheet/ 12th Marksheet/ Degree Consolidated Marksheet /Provisional Certificate) all these are mandatory to have

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in chat-based customer support.
• Exposure to healthcare, insurance, or managed care processes.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or chat platforms.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

What will be your Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer interactions via chat with professionalism and empathy.
• Understand customer issues and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
• Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT/NPS).
• Document chat interactions clearly and accurately in internal systems.
