We are seeking a motivated individual for the position of Chat Sales in our dynamic team in Airoli,Mumbai. This role involves engaging with customers via chat to provide product information, address inquiries, and drive sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through chat to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Identify and promote products or services that align with customer interests.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads generated from chat conversations to convert them into sales.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in using chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple chats simultaneously.
