About The Role
We are hiring
Chat Process Associates for a leading chat-based customer service process. The hiring drive will take place in Bhubaneswar, and
selected candidates will be required to relocate to Ahmedabad for full-time office work.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through chat and other non-voice platforms
- Provide accurate information and resolution in real time
- Maintain quality, speed, and professionalism in written communication
- Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
Eligibility
- 12th Pass / Graduate / Diploma
- Freshers can apply
- Strong written English skills
- Basic computer handling & typing speed
- Willingness to relocate
