Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and issues via chat support.
  • Provide professional, timely, and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve targets.
  • Continuously enhance product/process knowledge.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical ability.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Comfortable working in a team environment.
  • Prior experience in chat or non-voice support is an advantage.

Cab Facility: Both Side

Salary:

  • Freshers: 20,000 In-Hand
  • Experienced: Up to 36,000 In-Hand
