We are looking for a Customer Support Associate for our office in Noida Sector 65.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, providing accurate information and assistance related to our products and services.

Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and provide guidance on product usage and benefits professionally and courteously.

Efficiently manage a high volume of chat conversations on a daily basis while maintaining quality and responsiveness.

Proactively engage with customers to identify potential leads and opportunities, and assist in converting leads into sales.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer queries and promote offerings.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries for future reference and analysis.

Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall chat support experience.

Work closely with other team members, including sales and marketing, to ensure alignment and provide support as needed.

Skills and Competencies:

Prior experience in chat support or customer service roles is preferred, with the ability to handle a large volume of chats effectively

Strong understanding of health, wellness, Ayurveda, and Yoga principles and practices.

Basic understanding of sales principles and the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.

Knowledge of MS Office Applications.

Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

Minimum Experience: 2-3 years

Compensation Range: INR 3 to 4 LPA.
