Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through chat and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information and assistance regarding products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and strategies.
- Contribute to the development of FAQs and support materials to enhance customer experience.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
- Basic understanding of computer systems and proficiency in using chat and email platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Experience : Fresher - 6 Mon
Qualification : Any Degree/ Any Graduate
