The Chennai office has been in practice for over five decades, building a reputation anchored in Statutory Audits of Banks, NBFCs, and Listed Companies, sectors that demand precision, regulatory depth, and a strong command of Ind AS and RBI frameworks.

Role Description

We are looking for qualified Chartered Accountants to join our Chennai office on a full-time, on-site basis, across the following domains:

Statutory Audit

You will be part of engagements covering Banks, NBFCs, and Listed Companies, with hands-on responsibility for audit planning, risk assessment, execution of audit procedures, preparation of audit reports, and coordination with clients and regulatory stakeholders. Strong working knowledge of Ind AS, SA standards, RBI prudential norms, and SEBI LODR requirements is expected.

Internal Audit, Risk Advisory and Transaction Support

You will lead and execute process audits, IFC and IFC-FS reviews, risk-based internal audit engagements, and advisory assignments across diverse client industries. Transaction support work includes IPO advisory, valuation assignments, and due diligence engagements. This includes preparation of audit observations, root cause analysis, management action plans, board or audit committee presentations, and transaction-related deliverables.

Across both domains, the role offers direct client exposure, involvement in complex technical matters, and meaningful responsibility from an early stage.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI).
  • 0 to 3 years of post-qualification experience; strong articleship experience in relevant domains will be considered.
  • Sound technical knowledge of Ind AS, Companies Act 2013, RBI regulations, and internal audit frameworks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ERP environments such as SAP or Tally is an advantage.
  • Strong report writing, analytical, and client communication skills.
  • Ability to manage engagements independently, meet deadlines, and maintain quality standards.
  • High integrity, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Ability to work on-site in Chennai in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
