Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role based in Kurnool. The Chartered Accountant will handle day-to-day accounting activities, including maintaining general ledgers, preparing financial statements, and overseeing accounts payable and receivable. The role involves managing statutory compliance such as GST, TDS, and other regulatory filings, as well as supporting audits and coordinating with external auditors. The individual will monitor budgeting and cost controls, analyze financial data, and provide insights to management for decision-making. The Chartered Accountant will also ensure proper documentation, strengthen internal controls, and support process improvements in finance and accounting operations.

Qualifications

Professional accounting and finance skills, including preparation of financial statements, ledger management, and financial analysis.
Strong knowledge of taxation and regulatory compliance, such as GST, TDS, statutory filings, and audit support.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, with the ability to work with ERP or similar financial systems.
Attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and ability to maintain accurate records and robust internal controls.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external auditors.
Recognized Chartered Accountant qualification (CA), with relevant experience in corporate or agricultural/industrial sectors preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Kurnool, manage deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
