Role Overview We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to manage and strengthen our financial operations. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of accounting expertise, compliance knowledge, and business acumen to help drive the company's financial health and decision-making process. Key Responsibilities Financial Accounting & ReportingPrepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Maintain books of accounts in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS). Budgeting & Financial PlanningPrepare annual budgets and forecasts. Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for cost optimization. Funding & Capital ManagementManage cashflow and working capital requirements. Optimize utilization of funds for business operations and growth. Evaluate and secure funding options when required (bank loans, credit facilities, etc.). Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions. Taxation & ComplianceEnsure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and statutory audits. Audit & Internal ControlsCoordinate with internal and external auditors. Strengthen internal control systems and ensure adherence to company policies. Lead and Oversee: Financial Audit Ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements. Book Audit Verify completeness and correctness of ledgers. Inventory Audit Ensure accurate stock tracking and reporting. Revenue Audit Validate revenue recognition and reporting. Liaise with statutory auditors and regulatory bodies. Maintain compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations. MIS & Business InsightsPrepare monthly MIS reports and dashboards for management review. Provide financial insights to support decision-making and business strategy. Must-Have SkillsStrong knowledge of Accounting Standards (Ind AS), taxation, and compliance. Proficiency in Tally ERP, SAP, or similar accounting software. Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and financial modelling. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills. Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
