Work Profile-
Financial Planning & Analysis – Budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, MIS and management dashboards.
CFO & Business Advisory – Investment advisory, project finance, working capital management and financial decision-making.
Accounting & ERP – Strong knowledge of Excel, MS Office and Tally ERP, with ability to analyse financial data and prepare reports.
Tax & Statutory Compliance – Good understanding of GST, Income Tax, Audit, ROC and other statutory compliances.
Client Handling – Comfortable attending client meetings, understanding business requirements and communicating financial insights effectively.

Location: Vadodara / Work From Home
Position: Telecaller – IPO Advisory / Client Coordination
Experience: 0–3 Years (Candidates with a background or experience in Finance, Banking, Investment, Stock Market, IPO or Financial Services will be preferred.)
Employment: Full-time | Work From Office / Work From Home
Job Responsibilities :
Client Calling & Lead Generation – Generate and qualify leads for IPO, SME IPO, Corporate Finance and other financial services.
Finance Communication – Explain basic IPO, investment, finance and advisory services to prospective clients.
Client Coordination – Understand client requirements, arrange meetings and coordinate with the finance/IPO team.
Follow-up & Conversion – Maintain regular follow-ups and work towards lead, meeting and conversion targets.
Finance Background Preferred – B.Com/M.Com/BBA/MBA (Finance) or candidates with experience in Banking, Finance, Investment, Stock Market, IPO or Financial Services preferred.
