Role Preview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to manage financial reporting, IND AS, accounting, compliance, and business analytics. This role is critical in providing timely and accurate financial insights to support management decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Accounting:

• Finalization of accounts, statutory records, and monthly/year-end provisions.
• Supervision of daily accounting, payments, and fixed asset capitalization.
• Timely closure of books and preparation of standalone/consolidated financial statements.

Compliance & Audit:

• Ensure statutory compliance (TDS, GST, Income Tax, etc.) and timely filings.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for statutory and tax audits.

MIS & Business Analysis:

• Prepare MIS reports with analysis of costs, revenues, and key trends.
• Evaluate major expense spends, capex proposals, and post-implementation reviews.

Process & Controls:

• Review contracts, ensure adherence to authority matrix, and implement process controls.
• Support tax assessments, litigations, and compliance with regulatory changes (Ind AS, SEBI, Companies Act, etc.).

Desired Profile:

• CA with experience in NBFCs or financial services.
• Proficient in IND AS, tax regulations, and accounting standards.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience handling audits, assessments, and statutory filings.
