Job Description

We're Hiring: Chartered Accountant / Senior Cost Accountant – Financial & Business Analysis

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant / Senior Cost Accountant with strong expertise in financial & business analysis, MIS/management reporting, financial modelling, forecasting, and strategic decision support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Financial & profitability analysis

* MIS and management reporting

* Budgeting, forecasting & financial modelling

* Cost optimisation and margin analysis

* Business intelligence and performance insights

* Business restructuring & closure analysis

* Support management with data-driven commercial decisions

Requirements:

* Strong enthusiastic, analytical and commercial mindset with a minimum work experience of 4 years.

* Advanced Excel proficiency

* Good knowledge of Tally ERP

* Ability to convert complex financial data into clear, actionable business insights

Qualifications:

Candidates should possess strong Cost Accounting skills, including cost analysis, budgeting, and variance analysis.
Candidates should possess experience in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements and related reporting.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and support decision-making.
Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Journal Entries (Accounting) and general ledger processes.
Candidates should possess a sound understanding of Finance principles, especially in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.
Professional qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce; CA/CPA/CMA or equivalent certification is an advantage.
Relevant experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing or pharma setup, preferably at a senior level.
Proficiency in Tally accounting software, advanced MS Excel skills, and strong attention to detail.
Ability to work on-site in Uppal, collaborate across teams, and communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
