About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Auditor's Office in RA Puram, Chennai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing audits, tax compliances, financial reporting, and advisory services for a diverse range of clients. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in statutory, internal, and tax audits while working in a professional and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct statutory, internal, and tax audits in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Prepare and finalize financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts for clients.
- Manage and review GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns, ensuring timely and accurate filings.
- Assist in tax planning, assessments, and compliance documentation.
- Support ROC filings, company incorporation procedures, and related secretarial compliance.
- Review client books, ledgers, and records for accuracy and completeness.
- To coordinate with clients, auditors, and government authorities for audit and compliance queries.
- Identify process improvements and provide value-added recommendations to clients.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Experienced candidates are welcome.
- In-depth knowledge of Accounting Standards, Companies Act, Direct & Indirect Tax Laws, and Audit Procedures.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting or audit tools/software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take responsibility for client deliverables.
