We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant to join our leadership team and take ownership of finance, compliance, and client engagements.

This is a lead role where the candidate will manage teams, handle client relationships, and ensure timely closure of accounting, taxation, and compliance assignments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of finance and compliance professionals

Ensure timely closure of accounting, taxation, and compliance assignments

Review financial statements – Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow

Oversee GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings and reconciliations

Handle internal and statutory audit engagements

Manage international compliance assignments for global clients

Prepare and review MIS reports, financial analysis, and dashboards

Act as the primary point of contact for clients

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-8 years of experience

• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and compliance

• Experience in team management and client handling

• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, Computax, SAP or similar tools

• Strong ability to manage multiple assignments and ensure closure of work
