Job Description

Job Title _PARTNER

SBU _ Audit & Assurance Services

Professional Qualification

  • Chartered Accountant with membership number allotted by ICAI and DISA
  • Additional qualifications Diploma in IFRS / Certificate course on Ind-AS, will be an advantage

Competencies

  • Over 15+ years of post – qualification experience including +3 years of experience as Engagement partner
  • Experience in handling large statutory audits/global audits including Listed entities
  • Having worked on Technologies (Audit Tool and Analytical tools)
  • Possess in depth knowledge of Ind-AS, IGAAP and SAs issued by the ICAI, including its practical application on audit assignments
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of relevant provisions of companies Act, 2013 and SEBI LODR Regulations
  • Ability to demonstrate thought leadership to generate organic and Inorganic growth of the Firm
  • Possess excellent business development skills
  • Possess a strong understanding of the IT environment across the large audit assignments
  • Ability to accept challenges, bring positive results, handle pressure, manage the team, etc.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Possess hands on experience in SAP/Oracle, etc. will be an advantage
  • Exposure in capital market transactions i.e. IPO/QIP/MTN, etc. will be an advantage

Job Responsibilities

  • Identification of Business opportunities for the Firm – Organic and Inorganic
  • Complete alignment with the Firms objectives, goals and adherence to firms policies, practices and process/procedures
  • Ensuring Quality of the deliverables and continuous client engagement
  • Maintaining client relationships and ensuring client deadlines are met as per agreed timelines
  • Continuous monitoring of clients feedback and immediate corrective actions
  • Continuous innovation in overall approach for business and operations
  • Building appropriate team structure
  • Motivating teams to completing various assignments effectively and productively
  • Periodic L&D activities for the Team and Clients
  • Actively monitor cost budgets on audit assignments
  • Timely billing and collections
  • Active participation in key changes/development and related initiatives by ICAI and various regulators
  • Continuous sharing knowledge and updates to clients and team
