Role Description

Mayflower Women's Hospital is seeking a dedicated Chartered Accountant for a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The Chartered Accountant will oversee financial reporting, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, conducting audits, analyzing financial performance, and providing expert financial guidance to enhance organizational growth. The role requires collaboration with various departments to streamline and optimize financial processes.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in financial reporting, financial analysis, and budget management
  • Comprehensive knowledge of taxation, compliance, and auditing standards
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing financial statements and reports
  • Proficiency in accounting tools and software, as well as advanced MS Excel skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial data for strategic decision making
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Chartered Accountant certification is mandatory)
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams
