Job Profile:

To manage and oversee financial accounting, auditing, taxation, budgeting, and compliance functions to ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory adherence while providing strategic financial insights for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct internal and external audits and coordinate with auditors for timely completion.
• Manage direct and indirect tax matters, including GST, income tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support business objectives.
• Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization and improving profitability.
• Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and controls.
• Liaise with banks, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies as needed.
• Support strategic decision-making by providing financial insights and reports to management.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting and finance staff.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with valid certification.
• Proven experience in the accounting, auditing, and taxation fields.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
