Position: Chartered Accountant (2–3 Years PQE)
About the Role
We are seeking a Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in a CA firm environment to join our team. The role spans direct tax, audit, and financial reporting, with independent charge of assignments from planning through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and finalization of financial statements — Balance Sheet, Statement of Profit & Loss, Cash Flow Statement, and Notes to Accounts — in compliance with Ind AS / applicable Accounting Standards and Schedule III of the Companies Act, 2013.
- Planning and execution of Statutory Audits in accordance with the Standards on Auditing, including finalization of audit documentation.
- Conduct of Tax Audits under Section 44AB of the Income-tax Act, including preparation and filing of Tax Audit Reports in Forms 3CA/3CB–3CD.
- Preparation, review, and filing of Income Tax Returns across all classes of assessees — individuals, firms, LLPs, companies, and trusts.
- Handling of income tax assessments, notices, and appellate matters, including drafting of replies and submissions.
Candidate Profile
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2–3 years post-qualification experience in a practising firm.
- Sound working knowledge of direct tax compliance, tax audits, statutory audits, Ind AS and Accounting Standards, and the Companies Act, 2013.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and client-communication skills.
- Ability to handle assignments independently within statutory timelines.
Technical Proficiency
- Expertise in Computax is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word; working knowledge of Tally Prime.
