Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to join our group finance team and work directly with the CFO across our India and US entities. This role offers hands-on exposure to cross-border finance, including tax, M&A, and board reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Month-end closing and financial reporting for India and US entities
- Intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and transfer pricing support
- GST, TDS, Income Tax, FEMA (15CA/15CB, FIRC), and ROC compliance
- Coordinating US tax filings and compliance with our US CPA firm
- Leading statutory and tax audits end to end
Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong grip on Indian direct and indirect tax compliance and audits
- Strong Excel skills and clear communication
Preferred
- Big 4 experience, particularly in statutory audit
- Exposure to US accounting, transfer pricing, or FEMA
