We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join the Group Finance team at Kings Global. This role offers a rare opportunity to work closely with multi-entity, multi-country operations covering everything from F&B and hospitality ventures to technology businesses and consulting arms.
You will work under the direct guidance of the Chief Financial Controller and play a key role in keeping the group's financial engine running with clarity, compliance, and precision.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & MIS
- Prepare consolidated and standalone financial statements for group entities across geographies
- Generate timely MIS reports, P&L analysis, and management dashboards for leadership review
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes across multiple entities
Taxation & Compliance
- Manage Indian taxation compliance - GST filings, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC/MCA requirements; exposure to UAE Corporate Tax & VAT is an advantage
- Ensure compliance with local regulations across all operational jurisdictions
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as required
Accounts & Controls
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, payroll accounting, and vendor reconciliations
- Strengthen internal controls and identify process gaps across group entities
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure integrity of accounting records
Strategic Finance Support
- Support CFO in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across verticals
- Assist in due diligence, entity structuring, and financial modelling for new ventures or investments
- Provide analytical support for cost management, margin analysis, and profitability improvement
Qualifications & Skills
Must-Have
- Qualified Chartered Accountant — CA (ICAI), ACCA, ICAEW, or equivalent
- 10 - 15 years of post-qualification experience in finance, audit, or accounting roles
- Strong command of IFRS / Ind AS and financial reporting standards
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Proficiency in MS Excel — pivot tables, financial models, dashboards
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skill
Good to Have
- Prior experience in a multi-entity, multi-currency, or group finance environment
- Strong understanding of Indian regulatory framework — Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, and MCA/ROC compliance
- Understanding of F&B, hospitality, or consumer brand financials
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and growth
