Job Description – Accounts & Finance

Location: Nagpur

Employment Type: Full-Time

Eligibility: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 9–10 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and statutory compliances.

• Prepare and review standalone and consolidated financial statements.

• Handle frequent group level transactions and reconciliation with group companies.

• Coordinate inter-company accounting, balances confirmation, and related party transactions.

• Handle cross-border transactions, foreign remittances, and FEMA-related compliances.

• Manage treasury functions, banking relationships, and funding/finance activities.

• Coordinate with lenders, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

• Review GST, TDS, and other tax compliances.

• Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, budgets, and financial analysis reports.

• Supervise inventory and manufacturing-related accounting processes.

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Experience in consolidation of financial statements and group reporting.

• Exposure to inter-company accounting and related party transactions within group entities.

• Experience in debt funding, working capital arrangements, and financial structuring.

• Knowledge of cross-border transactions, FEMA, and banking documentation.

• Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and advanced MS Excel.

• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
