Manager / Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts (Qualified CA)
Qualification
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Qualified
- 5–15 years of post-qualification experience
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, renewable energy, EPC, or industrial sectors preferred
- Experience with listed companies will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Liaise with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Manufacturing Finance & Costing
- Product costing, standard costing, and variance analysis.
- Inventory valuation and monitoring of manufacturing costs.
- Analysis of production efficiency, material consumption, and profitability.
- Cost optimization and margin improvement initiatives.
Budgeting & MIS
- Preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Development of management MIS reports and business dashboards.
- Financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Taxation & Regulatory Compliance
- GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Review and filing of returns and assessments.
- Ensure timely compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Working Capital & Treasury
- Cash flow planning and fund management.
- Banking relationship management and debt monitoring.
- Receivables, payables, and inventory optimization.
Internal Controls & Audit
- Strengthen financial controls and SOPs.
- Lead internal, statutory, tax, and cost audits.
- Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.
Desired Skills
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing accounting and costing.
- Expertise in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Strong analytical and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
